What are your shipping options and how long will it take to receive my orders?

We ship to over 200 countries worldwide free of shipping costs if you choose the Registered Airmail shipping option. If you choose to use the Express Shipping options (DHL or FedEx), there will be a shipping cost of $19 per order, regardless how many items are in your order. 

What about my product return shipping costs? 

In rare cases if you received a faulty or wrong product, the return shipping costs are paid by us. If you want to return a product due to change of mind, you will be responsible to pay the return shipping costs.

What’s “free return”?

Customers who made order payment using their Paypal account may be eligible to claim the return shipping costs of up to $45 from Paypal – this service is offered by Paypal. Your purchased products must be returned to us within 14 days after you receiving them, if you wish to return the products you purchased from our store.
