Return & Refund Policies


If you require a return of your purchased products, your returned item/s must be returned to us within 30 days of receiving the item/s and you must notify us by email within 14 days of receiving the product/s. If you request a return more than 14 days after receiving the product/s, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, please get in touch with us by email or the Contact Us form with your order number/s, your full name and email address. We will respond with detailed instructions for the return. Please DO NOT send any return products to us without our approval, it will not be accepted. 

There are certain situations where no refunds will be granted:

* Any item/s not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item/s returned more than 30 days after receiving our product/s. 

* Any item/s returned not in original packaging.  


Once your returned product/s is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If your product return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your bank account.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only exchange items that are defective, damaged or not same as your order. We do not offer an exchange if you simply changed your mind. In this case, you can request a product return and re-order the product you want. 


Customers who paid for their orders using their Paypal account may be eligible for free return shipping – which is offered by Paypal. 

Unless the product is defective, damaged or not same as your order (e.g. wrong item or wrong color), you will be responsible for return shipping costs. In this case, shipping costs to deliver your orders are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

It is highly recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase a shipping insurance when return your product/s, to ensure we do receive your returned product/s. We cannot issue a refund if your returned product has not been received by us.
